Payment and shipping

General Information

The parcel delivery within Germany is free if the purchase value is above 100 Euro. Unless otherwise agreed, the goods will be shipped with the specified shipping method. There may be a charge for another shipping method. You can find further information in the article description.

All prices are exclusive of VAT.

All products remain in the possession of the Selftec GmbH until full payment (for more information, you can read our terms and conditions).

We will report all attempts of fraud to the police. Selftec GmbH reserves the right to cancel an order if there is a suspicion of fraud. Selftec GmbH assumes no liability for printing errors. In addition, we cannot guarantee that the images are 100% in line with the products (color).

Payment Methods

You can choose from the following options

When selecting prepayment, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
PayPal
Cash on pickup
Purchase on invoice

We deliver the goods after payment.

For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise stated in the respective product description:

III. Detailed information about the individual payment options

1. Bank transfer
Simply transfer the invoice amount to our bank account stating the purpose of use. You will find out about our bank details and the purpose of the transfer on the invoice or we will inform you separately by e-mail as part of the order processing.
2. Delivery on account
After receipt of invoice, you transfer the money to our bank account within the payment period stated in the invoice.
3. Cash on pickup
You pick up the goods yourself from us and pay locally in cash. We will inform you first by email about the fact that the goods you ordered are ready for collection. After receiving this email, you can collect the goods by appointment at the following address:

In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
4. Payment via PayPal
Pay via the payment service provider PayPal and use the information stored in your PayPal customer account without having to enter your payment information again. For more information about payment via PayPal, please visit https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/merchant.

Deliveries

We ship all our packages with UPS or in some cases with the German Post or DHL. They will be delivered to the address you specified in your purchase. The delivery time is about 2-7 working days. In exceptional cases, the delivery time may be delayed.

Transport damage

All packages are insured when we ship them. If you discover any damage after opening the package, please contact us.
